Billing Entity

Payments are processed by Gizmoji Technologies Private Limited. This is the name that appears on your card or bank statement, and on every invoice.

What You Pay For

An invitation is a one-time purchase: invitation artwork, an animated film, and an original song made for your celebration, delivered as a page you can share by link. One purchase covers one invitation. You pay at the start — no subscription. You approve the artwork before the film is created. The price is shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you pay.

Payment Methods

Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Credits (legacy accounts)

Credits are the currency for AI generation on Rhyora. Each generation type — images, video, audio, music — costs a different number of credits. Earlier accounts received a one-time welcome bonus of credits when they signed up; those credits do not renew.

Subscriptions (legacy accounts)

Subscription plans are no longer sold. If you hold one from before, you can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Currency

We support INR and USD. Currency is auto-detected based on your location. You can also change your preferred currency in your account settings.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (including GST for Indian customers) are calculated at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

Invoices

Invoices for all payments are available in your account under Settings → Billing. Each invoice includes transaction details, tax breakdowns, and your billing entity information.
