What does an invitation cost?
One purchase covers one invitation, complete — the artwork, the film your guests watch, and its song if you choose one. There are no plans, no subscriptions and no balances to keep track of. A second celebration is simply a second invitation.
When do I pay?
Once, at the start — one purchase creates your complete invitation, and nothing is recurring. Then you make your invitation together in a short chat: you describe your celebration and settle the wording in your own language. You approve the artwork before we animate it and, if you choose a song, its words before we record it.
What happens if something fails while my invitation is being made?
You are not charged for it. Technical generation failures are corrected at no extra charge — tell us and we will put it right.
How long does my link keep working?
At first go-live, your link’s end date is set to one year after the event date. If we cannot read an exact date, or that end date would already have passed, it is set to one year from first go-live instead. Check your end date in Settings.
Can I correct a detail after I have sent the link?
The written details on your page — the names, the date, the time, the venue — can be corrected at any time, and the correction appears for everyone straight away on the same link. The finished film is different: its lettering is drawn into the picture when it is made, so it keeps showing the wording you approved.
Will my guests see the photographs I upload?
No. Only the pieces made for the invitation are published — the film, the still it rests on, the backdrop, the closing loop and, if you chose one, the song. Your own photographs are never served to your guests. Do bear in mind that the artwork is drawn to resemble the people in them, so your family's likeness does appear even though the photograph does not.
Can my invitation be in my own language?
Tell us which language you want for your invitation. If you choose a song, its ready language choices follow the languages on your invitation. You can also ask for another language by name. Listen to your song before sharing.
One price for your complete invitation
One purchase covers your whole invitation — its artwork, a song made for it if you’d like one, the finished film and the link you share with your guests. You pay once, at the start, then make it together in a short chat.
