How do credits work?
Credits are deducted when you generate content. Each model has a different credit cost based on complexity. Credits are pre-held when you submit a job and refunded if the job fails.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded. The system monitors job status and ensures you only pay for successful generations.
Can I download my generated assets?
Yes. All generated assets can be downloaded in their original format. Images support PNG and JPG export.
What AI models are available?
Rhyora provides AI-powered creative tools across image generation, video creation, audio synthesis, music composition, 3D object generation, and avatar design.
What is the Rhyora Prism?
The Rhyora Prism produces your storyboard shots or Stage visuals automatically. Choose Manual mode for step-by-step checkpoints, or Auto mode to let it run the full pipeline within a credit budget. It optimizes prompts, evaluates quality, and retries intelligently.
How do teams work?
On Creator plans and above, invite team members to share your credits and projects. The owner's credit balance is shared — per-member limits prevent overuse.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your credits remain available until the end of your billing period.
What are Stages?
Stages are beautiful, animated digital pages you can create for events (weddings, birthdays, graduations) or portfolios. Pick a template, customize the theme, add sections like RSVP and countdown, and share the link with guests. You can also use the AI Production Pipeline to auto-generate background, hero, video, and music visuals for your Stage.
Can I generate music for my event page?
Yes. When your Stage has a music section, you can auto-generate an instrumental track that matches the mood of your event using AI. The song is generated from your event details and costs around 40 credits.
