How do credits work?
Each generation costs credits based on the model. Credits are held from your balance when you hit Generate and refunded if the job fails. You see the exact cost before confirming.
What if a generation fails?
Your credits come back automatically. You only pay for successful generations.
Can I download what I generate?
Yes. Every asset can be downloaded in its original format — PNG/JPG for images, MP4 for video, MP3/WAV for audio, GLB/OBJ for 3D.
What can I generate?
Images, videos, audio, music, 3D objects, and avatars. Each has its own studio with different models and settings.
What is Rhyora Prism?
It's the AI that runs your production. It optimizes prompts, picks models, scores quality, and retries when something doesn't meet the bar. Manual mode lets you approve each step. Auto mode handles the whole pipeline within your budget.
How do teams work?
Pro plans and above can invite team members. Each person uses their own credit balance. You can set monthly credit limits per member.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from account settings. Your credits stay active until the end of the billing period.
What are Stages?
Animated digital pages for events or portfolios. Pick a layout, customize the theme, add RSVP and countdown sections, and share a link. The AI Production Pipeline can auto-generate background, hero image, video, and music for your Stage.
Can I generate music for my event?
Yes. If your Stage has a music section, AI composes an instrumental track that fits your event's mood. Costs about 10 credits.
