What does an invitation cost?
One purchase covers one invitation, complete — the artwork, the film your guests watch, and the recorded song. There are no plans, no subscriptions and no balances to keep track of. A second celebration is simply a second invitation.
What can I do before I pay?
Describe your celebration, settle the wording in your own language, and read the words of the song we would sing for your family — as many rounds as you like, at no cost. One purchase unlocks the making, and you approve the artwork before your film is created.
What happens if something fails while my invitation is being made?
It costs you nothing. You are never charged for work that failed — tell us and we will put it right.
How long does my link keep working?
For one full year after your event date. When the year is up you can keep it live for another year at a time with a small one-time payment from Settings — the same link, and nothing changes for your guests. Please make a note of your own end date rather than waiting to be reminded.
Can I correct a detail after I have sent the link?
The written details on your page — the names, the date, the time, the venue — can be corrected at any time, and the correction appears for everyone straight away on the same link. The finished film is different: its lettering is drawn into the picture when it is made, so it keeps showing the wording you approved.
Will my guests see the photographs I upload?
No. Only the pieces made for the invitation are published — the film, the still it rests on, the backdrop, the closing loop and the song. Your own photographs are never served to your guests. Do bear in mind that the artwork is drawn to resemble the people in them, so your family's likeness does appear even though the photograph does not.
Can my invitation be in my own language?
Yes. You say which language you want, in your own words, and your names and wording are passed through exactly as you typed them, in your own script. Songs can be in any language you ask for, with Tamil, English, Hindi and Telugu offered as ready choices — do listen to yours before you share it.
