From your first message to a link you can send. What happens at each step, and where you get to check things.
1. Create your account
Sign up at rhyora.com with your email address or your Google account. You pay once, at the start: one purchase covers your whole invitation — its artwork, a song made for it if you’d like one, the finished film and the link you share with your guests — and nothing is recurring.
After signing up you pay, then go straight into making your invitation. Anything you begin is kept as a draft, so you can leave it and come back to it.
2. Describe your celebration
Say what the occasion is in your own words — who it is for, when and where it is, and which language it should be in. Nothing is picked from a template, and you are asked about anything still missing. Before anything is made:
- You settle the invitation wording together and approve it, in the language you asked for.
- You say whether you would like a song with words, music only, or no music at all.
- You can add photographs of the people in the invitation, so the artwork resembles them.
- A still preview of the artwork is made, for you to look over.
- Until you approve them, you can change the event details and, if you chose a song, its words; a new version of the artwork or the lyrics draws on what your purchase includes.
A celebration with several ceremonies goes on one invitation — up to eight parts on a single page.
3. Check the picture before it is brought to life
The still preview is the moment to look closely, because the lettering is drawn into the picture rather than typed over it. Check:
- The names — every spelling, in your own script.
- The date and the time.
- The venue, and the way it is written.
- The look of it — if the artwork is not what you had in mind, say so now rather than after the film is made.
When you are happy with it, you approve it and your film is made — your purchase already covers it, and your song too if you chose one. Once it has begun it cannot be stopped, and the film is made from the picture exactly as you approved it.
4. Your film is made, and your song if you chose one
Your film is made from the artwork you approved, and your invitation goes live as soon as it is ready. If you chose a song, you then write its words together in the chat and change them until they are right — the song is recorded only once you approve them, and it joins your invitation on the same link. You can close the page and come back; leaving does not stop anything.
There is no separate publish step. The moment your film is ready your link starts working, and you are offered a button to open it and a button to share it. If you would rather nobody saw it yet, you can hide the invitation from its settings.
5. Share your link
Your invitation is given its own web address the moment you start it, and that address never changes — not when it goes live, not when you correct a detail, not when you hide it and bring it back. It is safe to send once, or to print.
The written details on the page — the names, the date, the time, the venue — can be corrected at any time, and the correction reaches everyone straight away on the same link. The finished film is different: it keeps the wording you approved.

The wording and the still preview come back while you are in the conversation. The film is made afterwards, and a song is recorded once you have approved its words, so the film usually lands first. You can close the page and come back — leaving does not stop anything.
Can I use Rhyora on my phone?
Yes. Rhyora works in any modern mobile browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
