Refund Policy

Credit-Based Billing

Rhyora uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are purchased or included with your subscription plan and consumed when you generate AI content (images, videos, audio, music, etc.). Each generation deducts credits based on the model and output type used.

Unused Credits

Purchased credits that have not been used are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, unused credits are non-refundable.

Used Credits

Credits that have been consumed for content generation are non-refundable. Once a generation job is submitted and credits are deducted, the transaction is final regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial months or unused time within a billing period.
  • Any remaining credits included with your plan expire at the end of the billing period.

Free Tier Credits

Credits provided as part of the free tier or promotional offers are non-refundable, as no purchase was made for these credits.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible unused credits, email us at support@rhyora.com with your account email, invoice number, and reason for the request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
