How credits work

Every AI generation on Rhyora is powered by credits. When you submit a job, the required credits are pre-held from your balance. If the job succeeds, the hold is released and any excess is returned. If it fails, the full amount is refunded. You never pay for failed generations.

The credit cost for each generation depends on the model, output type, and parameters (resolution, duration, etc.). The exact cost is always displayed on the model card and in the generation form before you confirm.

Credit hold system

Rhyora uses a pre-authorization model to ensure credits are available before generation begins:

1. Hold — When you click Generate, the estimated credit cost is held from your balance. Your available balance decreases immediately.
2. Processing — The job runs. Your held credits are reserved and cannot be used for other jobs.
3. Release — On success, the actual cost is deducted. If the actual cost is less than the estimate, the difference is returned to your balance.
4. Refund — On failure, the entire hold is refunded to your balance automatically.

This system means you always know the maximum cost upfront, and you're never charged more than necessary.

Model pricing tiers

Models are organized into three pricing tiers based on their underlying cost:

• Budget — Fast, affordable models for drafts and iteration. Lowest credit cost per generation.
• Value — Balanced quality and cost for most production work.
• Premium — Highest quality models for final output and hero assets. Higher credit cost.

Credit costs are displayed on every model card before you generate. A cost-effective workflow is to draft with budget models, refine your prompt, then switch to a premium model for the final generation.

Subscription plans

Rhyora offers five subscription tiers, each with a monthly credit allocation that resets every billing cycle:

• Free — 20 credits every month, free forever. All creation tools, the production workflow, and the AI assistant. No trial, no credit card, no expiry.
• Lite — 500 credits/month. The low-cost entry plan for regular creators. All models included.
• Starter — 1,800 credits/month. All models, email support, and a priority queue.
• Pro — 5,000 credits/month. Team collaboration, priority support, and higher concurrency.
• Studio — 12,000 credits/month. The most credits, dedicated support, and full team features.

Plans are available in monthly and annual billing periods. Annual plans offer a discount compared to monthly pricing. Visit the Pricing page for current rates and credit amounts.

What credits buy — a few examples

Exact costs are shown on the model card before you generate, but as a rough guide:

• A full scene — frames plus video for its shots — runs around 150–250 credits depending on the models and clip lengths.
• A complete song on RhyoraMusic is about 40 credits.

So a month of Starter (1,800 credits) is roughly 8–12 scenes, and Lite (500 credits) is a couple of scenes or around a dozen songs. A short ~2-minute explainer typically lands in the 800–1,500 credit range end to end.

Who owns what you create

You own the outputs you generate on Rhyora and can use them commercially — in client work, monetized videos, and published content. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload as input (reference images, audio, and text).

Credit packs

Need more credits before your next renewal? Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your current billing cycle:

• Buy credit packs from the billing page in your account settings.
• Pack credits are added to your balance immediately.
• Credits from packs apply to your current billing cycle only — on your next renewal, your balance resets to your plan's monthly allocation.
• You can purchase multiple packs in the same billing cycle.

Credit packs are ideal for bursts of activity — a large project, a deadline, or when you've used your monthly allocation and need more before renewal.

Upgrades and downgrades

You can change your plan at any time from your account settings:

• Upgrading — Takes effect immediately and moves you to the new plan's higher monthly allocation. Any credit packs you've purchased are kept — only the subscription allowance changes.
• Downgrading — Deferred to the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current credits and benefits until then.
• Cancelling — Your plan benefits remain active until the end of the current period. After that, you revert to the Free plan with 20 credits per month.

Team billing

On Pro plans and above, you can invite team members to collaborate. Each team member uses their own credit balance from their own plan subscription — generations are charged to the member who triggers them.

• Each team member has their own credits from their own plan subscription.
• The team owner can set per-member monthly generation limits to control workspace usage.
• Member usage counters reset each billing cycle.
• If the owner downgrades below Pro, teams are suspended (data is preserved and restored on upgrade).

Billing currency

Rhyora supports two currencies:

• INR (Indian Rupee) — Default for users in India.
• USD (US Dollar) — Default for users outside India.

Your currency is automatically detected based on your location when you sign up. You can change it from your account settings before making your first purchase. All plan prices and credit pack prices are shown in your selected currency.
